Return window & eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as part of our fit guarantee.
  • Items must be in unused, resellable condition:
    • No signs of wear (scratches, bends, lens damage).
    • All original packaging and accessories included: branded case, cleaning cloth, tags, inserts, and any security seals intact.
    • Protective films on lenses/temples (if applicable) not removed.
  • Return shipping (US): We offer a prepaid label; a flat $7.95 may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
  • Final Sale items, gift cards, customized or prescription lenses (if offered), and obviously used merchandise are not eligible.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid label and packing instructions, or next steps.
  3. Pack the item securely; include the packing slip or your order number inside the parcel.
  4. Drop off the package with the carrier indicated on your label.

Tip: Save your drop‑off receipt with tracking until your refund is processed.

Refunds & timelines

  • Inspection typically takes 2–3 business days after delivery to our facility.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a return is received outside of policy or missing items, a partial refund or return to sender may apply at our discretion.

Exchanges

To ensure availability and the fastest turnaround, we recommend placing a new order for the style you want and returning your original item for a refund.

If you prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we will assist based on current stock.

2‑year craftsmanship warranty

Your eyewear is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from delivery under normal use.

Covered examples

  • Defective hinges or hardware
  • Frame integrity issues (non‑impact related)
  • Peeling or premature failure of finishes

Not covered

  • Scratches on lenses or frames
  • Accidental damage, loss, or theft
  • Damage from improper use, solvents, or modifications

To make a warranty claim, email [email protected] with your order number, photos, and a brief description. If approved, we will repair or replace at our discretion; if the exact model is unavailable, a comparable replacement or store credit may be offered.

Non‑returnable items

  • Final Sale or clearance items marked as non‑returnable
  • Gift cards and e‑gift cards
  • Customized or prescription lenses (if offered)
  • Items missing original case, cloth, or packaging, or showing signs of use

International returns

At this time, support and prepaid labels are primarily available for orders shipped within the United States. If you are outside the US, contact us before sending a return. International return shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and original duties/taxes are non‑refundable.

Packaging your return

  • Place eyewear inside the protective case, then into a sturdy outer box with cushioning.
  • Include the packing slip or note your order number and contact details.
  • Affix the provided return label and remove or cover old labels/barcodes.

Price adjustments

One‑time price adjustments may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the identical item goes on promotion on our site and is still in stock in your size/color. Excludes limited‑time flash events, bundles, third‑party promotions, and Final Sale items.

Third‑party purchases

If you purchased Prada eyewear through another retailer (e.g., department stores or optical shops), please contact that retailer directly as their policies apply.

Holiday returns

Orders delivered between November 1 and December 31 qualify for extended returns through January 31 of the following year, provided items remain unused and in original condition.
