Notes: Delivery times shown are estimates from the ship date and exclude weekends/holidays. Rural routes, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require extra transit time. Rates are shown in USD and may change during promotional periods.
Where we ship
- United States: All 50 states and the District of Columbia
- US territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, and other territories (Standard via USPS)
- PO Boxes: Shipped via USPS (Standard service only)
- APO/FPO/DPO: Shipped via USPS; allow additional time for military/diplomatic mail
International shipping: Not available at this time.
Order processing
- Processing time: 1–2 business days for in‑stock items
- Cutoff time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day
- Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding US holidays)
- Peak seasons: Please allow extra time during holidays or special releases
Carriers & packaging
We ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on destination and selected method.
- Every pair ships in its protective case with microfiber cloth
- Outer packaging is recyclable; gift note option available at checkout
- Insurance covers your parcel until the delivery scan
Tracking & delivery
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after label creation
- Signature may be required for orders over $500 or upon request
- If you cannot be present, consider shipping to a secure address or carrier access point
Address changes & cancellations
- We can edit or cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement during business hours
- For shipped orders, please contact the carrier directly to coordinate delivery
- We cannot reroute to a different state or country after dispatch
Returns & exchanges
We stand behind the fit and finish of our eyewear. If your sunglasses aren’t right for you, return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with original case, cloth, and inserts
- Prepaid return labels available for US customers—start your return via our Returns Portal
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection
- 2‑year craftsmanship warranty covers manufacturing defects—contact support for assistance
Backorders & pre‑orders
If an item is backordered, we’ll display the estimated ship window at checkout and in your confirmation email. Your payment method may be authorized at checkout and charged when the item ships.
Lost, damaged, or stolen
- If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with neighbors/building staff and wait 24 hours
- Report lost or damaged parcels within 7 days of the delivery scan
- We’ll assist with a carrier claim and resolve with a replacement or refund as applicable
Holiday & peak season timelines
During peak periods (Black Friday/Cyber Week and December holidays), carriers may experience delays. Order early and choose Expedited or Next‑Day for time‑sensitive gifts. Published cutoffs are guidance, not guarantees.
