We offer premium eyewear and accessories. Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display colors and finishes accurately; however, display settings and lighting may cause variations. Availability may be limited and we reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities at any time.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

• All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless noted.
• We accept major cards and select digital wallets as displayed at checkout (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal).
• By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
• We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders that arise from such errors, even after order submission.
• For international shipments, you are responsible for any import duties, customs, and taxes unless otherwise specified.

5. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or reject it at our sole discretion. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but do not constitute acceptance. We may cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, inventory issues, pricing errors, or inability to verify payment.

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted promptly. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to the US (and select international destinations). Complimentary shipping may apply to qualifying carts as advertised.
• Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or customs may affect timelines.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report issues within 48 hours.
• Refused or undeliverable shipments may incur return and reship fees.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer a 30‑day fit guarantee subject to the conditions in our Refund & Returns Policy. Items must be returned in original condition with accessories and tags, unless defective. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated. Certain items may be final sale or non‑returnable where indicated.

8. Warranty

Our eyewear is covered by a 2‑year limited craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. 9. Accounts, Security & Communications

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any suspicious or unauthorized use.

For any dispute that cannot be resolved informally, you and we agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in New York County, New York, or via remote proceedings as permitted.

• Class Action Waiver: You and we agree that each may bring claims only in your or our individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

• Small Claims: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court within its jurisdiction.
